Terms of Agreement for Sellers: By clicking the link below which reads “I have read, understand and agree to the above Terms of Agreement” you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Agreement in addition to the Terms of Use applicable to all visitors to FSBOMetroDenver.com (henceforth “website”): All content is subject to the most recent version of the US Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968. “User” refers to any individual who, in whole or in part, pays for the listing or who, in whole or in part, is responsible for the content of the listing. The “content” of the listing refers to anything not originating from the employees of FSBOMetroDenver.com, LLC. We reserve the right to terminate any listing(s), without refunding the purchase price, whose content violates any of the following guidelines: * Users may not willfully or knowingly include information that is false or misrepresented, including but not limited to both images and text. All objective information must be correct, including but not limited to numerical descriptions of the property (number of rooms, room dimensions, square footage, appraisal valuations, etc.) and all images must be fair, accurate and current representations of the actual property that is for sale. Subjective information (such as descriptions of design, color, neighborhood, proximity to highways, etc.) is left to the discretion of the user to the extent that it does not violate any other guidelines contained in this “Terms of Agreement.” What constitutes “objective information” and “subjective information” will ultimately be determined by FSBOMetroDenver.com. * Listings may not include any language which is discriminatory on racial, ethnic, religious, economic, gender or sexual grounds. It is illegal to do so. Listings may not include language that is derogatory or in any way demeaning to any property listed on FSBOMetroDenver.com or any seller representing such property. * Properties listed on FSBOMetroDenver.com may not be represented by a real estate agent, agency or broker of any kind. If a user lists a property after it has been listed on FSBOMetroDenver.com, the user must notify FSBOMetroDenver.com within 24 hours of signing a contract with a real estate agent, agency or real estate broker. * Any listing in violation of the US Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968 will be removed immediately. * Users may not link or otherwise direct viewers to any website which violates any of the above guidelines. FSBOMetroDenver.com may or may not contact a user whose listing is in violation of these guidelines with the opportunity to correct the violation depending on the nature and/or severity of the violation. Users are not obligated to contact or enlist services of anyone listed on this FSBOMetroDenver.com, specifically our partner law firms, partner mortgage brokers, partner title companies, partner home appraisers or partner home inspectors (collectively “Partner Service Providers” or “PSPs”). We do not in any way guarantee the quality or legality of the services of any third party mentioned within FSBOMetroDenver.com, including but not limited to the PSPs or PayPal, Inc. All FSBOMetroDenver.com yard signs remain the property of FSBOMetroDenver.com. Customers who lose their yard signs, have them stolen or for any reason fail to make them available to FSBOMetroDenver.com within 14 days of the sales closing of the property they were intended for will be responsible for paying a $30 replacement fee. The same applies for signs lost or stolen while the home is still for sale- delivery and installation of a new yard sign will cost $30 and the user will be responsible for the second sign as well and will be billed an additional $30 if it is lost or stolen or otherwise not made available for pickup within 14 days of closing. Damaged or vandalized signs will also incur a $30 replacement fee, whether or not a sign qualifies for this is entirely at our discretion. While we will make every effort to deliver the FSBOMetroDenver.com yard signs within 5 business days, we do not guarantee this and will not be held responsible for any consequences arising form our failure to do so in any way whatsoever. Users are also required to read, understand and agree to the Terms of Use set forth which apply to all visitors to the FSBOMetroDenver.com, LLC website.
