Resources For Buyers

Homes for Sale (Search Listings)

Enter your search criteria in the box to the right and click submit to see what properties we currently have available.

If you are interested in seeing what’s available in a particular area at a glance, or interested in finding out what a particular budget will buy you in various areas, our Search feature allows you to do that. Or if you know exactly what you want, you can choose to only see those homes that fit your specific needs with several criteria such as: location (by city or area), price range, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, floor plan and even number of garage spaces, our Search feature allows you to do that as well.

When performing a search, there are six different fields to choose from which can be filled in any number and any combination allowing you to customize your search to be the most helpful to you.

With new listings being added each day, if you don’t find something that interests you the fist time, check again tomorrow or the next day to see what’s new. We are constantly trying to bring potential sellers to our website in order to ensure there is something for everyone, a home for every buyer and a buyer for every seller.

If you experience trouble using our Search feature, or would like assistance in making your search the most productive for you, please feel free to Contact Us and we will walk you through what you need to do.

Legal Resources

Since buyers and sellers deal with many of the same legal issues, we provide the same legal resources and information to both parties. This helps each understand the other’s obligations as well as their own, and it helps make the entire legal aspect clearer to both parties. We hope to answer your questions with our Legal FAQ, and provide you easy access to the most current legal documents that you may need. We also provide more detailed information regarding our partner law firms, including their services, rates and their relationship to us at FSBOMetroDenver.com.

Partner Service Providers

We have formed partnerships with several companies to provide our buyers and sellers with the services they will likely need or want. We have partnerships with Law Firms, Title Companies, Mortgage Brokers, Home Inspection Services, and Home Appraisal Services. We provide access to these services to help our customers avoid the time-consuming task of shopping around for the best rates. However, there is no obligation to contract the services of any of these partners; feel free to shop on your own. Note that we receive no referral fees or other compensation for listing these particular firms; it is solely for the benefit of our customers.
