Available Information Categories:
- General Information- Includes all of the “Searchable by” information above as well as a history of deed transfers.
- Tax and Value Information- Detailed tax information for the current and previous year’s Tax Assessment (view Assessment Criteria here).
- Residential Inventory- Includes basic information about the home as well as precise square footage of: each level, garage, additions, and even decks or gardens.
- Neighborhood Sales- Lists homes sold in the last few years (in our test, well over 500 of them!), as well as the basic information for each. The address and schedule numbers are provides enabling a users to find the detailed information for any home listed.
- Advanced Sales Search- Allows users to search sales records over a user-specified time period, using criteria such as: Design, Year Built (from ____ to ____), Square Footage of Living Area (finished sq. ft., from ____ to ____), Quality of Construction, Garage Type, Construction Type, and Property Type as well as a few others.
- • History- Essentially a combination of the information displayed in the first three categories listed above.
